AI training your team will actually use.

Hands-on AI training for teams, in Claude Code or ChatGPT and Codex.

Everyone builds something real during the session, on their own laptop, with their own work.

Who Brings Me In

Founders & Team Leads

You want to give your team proper AI training.

Women's Networks

You want your members confident with AI, and more doors open to them.

People & Learning Teams

You pay for AI licenses and want people to actually use them.

3 Ways to Work Together

1

Talks & Demos

60 to 90 MinutesAny Size Room

Your whole team in one room, watching what AI can do with real work, live.

Good for a kickoff, an offsite, or a women's network event.

2

Hands-On Workshops

Half-Day or Full-DayUp to 15 per Session

Everyone gets a setup video beforehand, so we don't lose the session to installing.

In the room, each person automates one task from their own week and leaves with it running.

3

AI Implementation

Over Several WeeksBuilt Around Your Workflows

For teams that want it to stick.

We start with a workshop. Then I work alongside your team to build the systems they use every week.

What Your Team Leaves With

AI Coding Tools Set Up Properly

Claude Code, or ChatGPT and Codex, installed and connected to the tools they already use, with the privacy settings explained.

One Task Off Their Plate

Something from their real week, built in the room, running before they leave.

The Confidence to Keep Going

Most people walk in thinking it's not for them. They walk out asking what else they can hand over.

Dr. Nina Patrick speaking

Hi, I'm Nina.

I'm a longevity researcher, entrepreneur, and content creator. I publish Nina's Notes, a weekly science newsletter read by 4,000 people, and I've been using AI tools (from ChatGPT to Claude) since they launched. These days I use Claude all day, every day.

I built tools with Claude that run my CRM, write my briefs, scrape my leads, and generate content while I sleep. None of that required a CS degree. It required knowing how to talk to AI: clearly, specifically, and confidently.

I started Ladies Who Claude because I kept seeing brilliant women afraid to try AI tools that could completely transform their work. I now teach women in person and online, and all of them leave their first session with AI tools that are saving them up to 20 hours a week.

Questions Teams Ask

Do people need to be technical?

No. There is no prep, no code to memorize, and no assumed knowledge. If you can send an email, you're ready. Almost everyone starts in the chat box, and the people who have never opened Claude Code usually leave the most excited.

What do people need to bring?

A laptop. Before a workshop everyone gets a short setup video, so we spend the session building instead of installing.

Is our company data safe?

Everything runs locally on each person's own machine with their own accounts. Nothing routes through me, and I never see anyone's inbox or files. If your company has its own AI policy, send it over and I'll build the session around it.

Do you only teach Claude?

Claude is my favorite, and it's what I use all day. If your team already works in ChatGPT, I teach ChatGPT and Codex too. The way of working is the same.

Do we need paid AI plans?

Yes. Claude Code and Codex both need a paid plan. I'll tell you exactly which one before the session, so there are no surprises in the room.

What kind of computer does everyone need?

A laptop, either a Mac running macOS 13 (Ventura) or newer, or a Windows PC running Windows 10 (version 1809 or newer) or Windows 11, with at least 4 GB of memory. An iPad or a phone won’t work.

Is it only for women?

Ladies Who Claude was built for women, and I teach mixed teams too. Tell me about yours.

Can you teach online?

Yes. In person is where I'm strongest, so I teach in person in Portugal and travel for the right team. Online works anywhere.

Tell me about your team.

Send me a note with how many people, where you are, and what you'd love them to stop doing by hand. I'll come back with a plan and a price.
